Narrative:

At rotation aircraft pitched up dramatically requiring forward pressure on elevator and nose down trim. Revised closeout showed weight 1600 pounds heavier and new trim setting .6 units nose down. Center of gravity was reported as 16.5 but actual was 19.3. This is a serious balance error affecting aircraft flight capabilities. I thank you for your attention to this matter.
