Narrative:

In regards to the attached, I may have inadvertently breached security at the clear airport in violation of far 107 by having an unloaded weapon in my duffel bag. When I went through the security chkpoint and x-ray scanner, the weapon was discovered. Again, the weapon was unloaded and there was no ammunition in my possession. Having to get back to pittsburgh, I drove from wilmington, nc, to charlotte, nc, to board a flight to pittsburgh. After going through the security chkpoint and x-ray scanner, was when I realized I forgot the weapon was in my bag. This was an error on my behalf, and I honestly had no malicious intent. It was just a stupid oversight on my part.
