Narrative:

Approaching chub from the west for straight-in landing to the east. Descended too low and slowed to 140 KTS. Put the gear handle down. As the aircraft slowed, retrimmed and lowered flaps at 800 ft AGL and completed landing checklist. Fuel pumps on. Flared at 90 mph. When the first scraping started, I realized the gear was up. I closed fuel mixture. When stopped, evacuate/evacuationed aircraft.
