On this occasion and 1 other, ground vehicles (pick-up trucks) have been parked along the taxiway (north/south) between the t- hangars and the maintenance hangar, making taxiing difficult/impossible. I suggest signage to the following effect: aircraft operational area -- no ground vehicle parking permitted.
