Narrative:

Flight attendant notified the cockpit an elderly woman passenger had lost consciousness and that oxygen was being administered. After waiting a couple of mins I called back on interphone to get an update on the situation. 2 medical professionals were attending to the passenger and stated that vital signs were ok but recommended expeditious arrival to pittsburgh. At that time I declared a medical emergency with ZOB and received clearance direct to the OM for runway 28L. Received priority handling from ATC from that point, including taxi to gate. Maintained 310 KIAS until 10 NM from airport.
