Narrative:
Descending in managed speed, computer was very slow to reduce our speed at 10000 ft. I noticed a speed of approximately 290 KTS at 9500 ft and decelerated with speed brakes. Distraction, trusting computer and by thunderstorms moving into area.

Narrative: DSNDING IN MANAGED SPD, COMPUTER WAS VERY SLOW TO REDUCE OUR SPD AT 10000 FT. I NOTICED A SPD OF APPROX 290 KTS AT 9500 FT AND DECELERATED WITH SPD BRAKES. DISTR, TRUSTING COMPUTER AND BY TSTMS MOVING INTO AREA.
