Narrative:

Loop 9 departure from lax requires crossing keggs intersection at or above 13000 ft MSL. Captain flew the departure by hand reference the FMGC data. Due to accelerating from 250 KTS to 290 KTS after passing 10000 ft MSL, the aircraft crossed keggs at 12200 ft MSL. While aircraft accelerated the climb rate is reduced. I did not notice the FMGC warning that we would not make the crossing restr. On these departures, it might be best to allow the FMGC and autoflt to control the aircraft.
