Narrative:

IFR flight plan was mis-filed to wrong destination and crew failed to pick up mistake when copying clearance. After departure while trying to reroute with center we received a TCASII alert and then command to descend for conflicting traffic. The crew(south) missing the destination clearance and the extra workload on the center caused enough distractions to miss the oncoming traffic.
