Narrative:

Aircraft was shown to be in weight and balance with load manifest provided by ground crew. Upon arrival at oma, aircraft felt very tail heavy. We had ground crew perform a bag count of off loaded baggage. Off loaded baggage was 162 pounds more than stated on bag manifest, resulting in an over gross takeoff, and aft limit center of gravity for takeoff and landing. Gross landing weight was not exceeded. Gross takeoff weight was exceeded by 106 pounds. Aircraft center of gravity was exceeded by 5 index points after long-hand weight and balance calculation. Mci station manager was informed, also the director of operations was informed. I was told that a self disclosure was being made to our poi (principle operating inspector).

Title: ACR BE02 PERFORMS A TKOF FROM MCI WHILE OVERWT AND OUT OF THE ALLOWABLE CTR OF GRAVITY FOR TKOF AND LNDG. BAG COUNT WAS MORE AT DEST ARPT THEN MANIFEST DISPLAYED. LAST MIN BAGS MOST LIKELY JUST THROWN ONTO THE ACFT.

Narrative: ACFT WAS SHOWN TO BE IN WT AND BAL WITH LOAD MANIFEST PROVIDED BY GND CREW. UPON ARR AT OMA, ACFT FELT VERY TAIL HVY. WE HAD GND CREW PERFORM A BAG COUNT OF OFF LOADED BAGGAGE. OFF LOADED BAGGAGE WAS 162 LBS MORE THAN STATED ON BAG MANIFEST, RESULTING IN AN OVER GROSS TKOF, AND AFT LIMIT CTR OF GRAVITY FOR TKOF AND LNDG. GROSS LNDG WT WAS NOT EXCEEDED. GROSS TKOF WT WAS EXCEEDED BY 106 LBS. ACFT CTR OF GRAVITY WAS EXCEEDED BY 5 INDEX POINTS AFTER LONG-HAND WT AND BAL CALCULATION. MCI STATION MGR WAS INFORMED, ALSO THE DIRECTOR OF OPS WAS INFORMED. I WAS TOLD THAT A SELF DISCLOSURE WAS BEING MADE TO OUR POI (PRINCIPLE OPERATING INSPECTOR).
