Narrative:

Regarding your request for wake turbulence reports, I have heard a lot of complaints of air-to-air (131.8) in mnps airspace when there is little or no wind, since they went to 1000 ft separation. Since this is a new program, you may want to pay particular attention to this situation. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: a B747 captain reports that he has overheard B757 and B767 flcs complaining of wake turbulence from other aircraft while in mnps airspace over the north atlantic. He said that most of the complaints occurred on a day with light winds and primarily between B757 and B767 aircraft with one of the complainants, apparently, remarking on the potential for wake problems once B747's join the mnps program (the reporter's company is presently certifying their B747S for mnps).
