Narrative:

ATC clearance was pvd, put, center, hnk, hnk 271, J190, slt grace 1, pit. I went into cabin to use lavatory, first officer was flying. First officer mistakenly flew outbound on 271 degree radial of center in error. This caused us to pass 10 NM south of hnk. I didn't catch error upon returning to cockpit. There was no conflict involved. I should have doublechked before leaving cockpit.
