Narrative:

The BE90 was being vectored for an ILS approach from the south. The BE76 was being vectored for an ILS approach from the east. The BE90 went through the localizer with the BE76 on the downwind. I was splitting the position with 1 aircraft not on my frequency, the BE76. Both aircraft turned at a rate slower than standard, much slower.

Narrative: THE BE90 WAS BEING VECTORED FOR AN ILS APCH FROM THE S. THE BE76 WAS BEING VECTORED FOR AN ILS APCH FROM THE E. THE BE90 WENT THROUGH THE LOC WITH THE BE76 ON THE DOWNWIND. I WAS SPLITTING THE POS WITH 1 ACFT NOT ON MY FREQ, THE BE76. BOTH ACFT TURNED AT A RATE SLOWER THAN STANDARD, MUCH SLOWER.
