Narrative:

WX was 200 ft and 1/2 mi. We landed on runway 36L. While in reverse tower said something which I did not hear. We were in reverse, it was noisy, I was slowing and turning off the high speed and turning control of the aircraft to the captain for taxi. When we pulled off I said to the captain, contact ground and he added, I contacted ground, the ramp and taxied to the gate. The ramp controller told us to call tower on the phone. The controller said he told us to report clear of the runway and had to send around another aircraft. We never heard him state that! The only time he might have said it was when we were extremely busy slowing the aircraft, changing control, taking the plane out of reverse and pulling off the runway. I wish the controller had picked a better time to communicate this important piece of information.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG FAILED TO ADVISE TWR THAT THEY WERE CLR OF THE RWY AFTER AN ILS APCH TO MINIMUMS. THIS RESULTED IN TWR SENDING ANOTHER ACFT AROUND IN CASE THE RWY WAS STILL OCCUPIED SINCE THE RWY COULD NOT BE SEEN DUE TO LOW VISIBILITY.

WE WERE IN REVERSE, IT WAS NOISY, I WAS SLOWING AND TURNING OFF THE HIGH SPD AND TURNING CTL OF THE ACFT TO THE CAPT FOR TAXI. WHEN WE PULLED OFF I SAID TO THE CAPT, CONTACT GND AND HE ADDED, I CONTACTED GND, THE RAMP AND TAXIED TO THE GATE. THE RAMP CTLR TOLD US TO CALL TWR ON THE PHONE. THE CTLR SAID HE TOLD US TO RPT CLR OF THE RWY AND HAD TO SEND AROUND ANOTHER ACFT. WE NEVER HEARD HIM STATE THAT!
