Narrative:
While taxiing on local FBO ramp for departure we proceeded to taxi on the painted ramp marking. While taxiing on the line, our right wingtip struck a parked king air 200. Appeared after inspection that king air tail was protruding the taxi zone. Conditions: night, rain, overcast, unlighted ramp.

Narrative: WHILE TAXIING ON LOCAL FBO RAMP FOR DEP WE PROCEEDED TO TAXI ON THE PAINTED RAMP MARKING. WHILE TAXIING ON THE LINE, OUR R WINGTIP STRUCK A PARKED KING AIR 200. APPEARED AFTER INSPECTION THAT KING AIR TAIL WAS PROTRUDING THE TAXI ZONE. CONDITIONS: NIGHT, RAIN, OVCST, UNLIGHTED RAMP.
