A B727 on taxi for takeoff had #3 generator drop off the tie bus. Reset #3 generator before starting takeoff roll, but on takeoff the #3 generator dropped off again. Operated #3 generator isolated remainder of the trip.

Narrative:
On departure end of runway 30 at bda we were cleared for takeoff and were completing checklist when #3 generator and its associated bus fell off bus tie. We asked to clear runway to complete checklists and analyze situation. After takeoff #3 generator fell off the bus tie again and we operated with the generator isolated the remainder of trip.
