Narrative:

Location: jonez 1. 3 times to enter remarks. There is too much traffic for ATC to handle on given frequency (124.87 approach) we were on byp 1 -- not jonez 1 like the controller thought. Had hard time getting correct clearance and at crossing. Cleared 11000 ft but jonez has 12000 ft limit. Also had runway change from runway 35C to runway 35R to runway 35C on 3 different frequencys. Slam dunked from 12000 ft abeam dfw. All this is unsafe. Did not get switched to tower. Had to tell approach we were switching at 500 ft. Tower clear at 300 ft to land. This new system still has many unsafe areas. This needs to be fixed.

HAD HARD TIME GETTING CORRECT CLRNC AND AT XING. CLRED 11000 FT BUT JONEZ HAS 12000 FT LIMIT. ALSO HAD RWY CHANGE FROM RWY 35C TO RWY 35R TO RWY 35C ON 3 DIFFERENT FREQS. SLAM DUNKED FROM 12000 FT ABEAM DFW. ALL THIS IS UNSAFE. DID NOT GET SWITCHED TO TWR. HAD TO TELL APCH WE WERE SWITCHING AT 500 FT. TWR CLR AT 300 FT TO LAND.
