Narrative:
We missed resetting our altimeter from 29.92 to 30.36 passing FL180. This error caused us to be about 440 ft high at locke. (Technically though, I believe the 11000 ft restr was removed because we were given a descent just before locke. Restr removed or not though, we had a 440 ft error in our altimeters.)
