Narrative:
I was informed by scheduling that I had flown over 30 hours in a 7 day period by 34 mins. This occurred as a direct result of being scheduled to fly a schedule that I flew as published. All of my trips were entered into the scheduling computer. Scheduling had removed trips, then replaced them. For some unknown reason they thought I was legal. I asked them when I checked in if everything was ok. They said yes. The FAA says this is my responsibility. I fly close to 1000 hours every yr. I keep a monthly log of total flight time. I do not check on a daily basis for 30/7 legality. Scheduling's primary function is to cover trips and insure legality. In this case they only accomplished 1 goal. I flew my trip as scheduled. I was set up and let down. Bottom line: if it's my fault, it's my fault. If it's your fault, it's my fault. If a controller vectors me into a mountain and I buy the farm....
