Narrative:
Cleared via the following clearance: runway 28R at B3, taxi C3, hold short of C, stay with me all the way.' PF misinterpreted taxi clearance to be clearance all the way to B3 because of the phrase 'stay with me all the way.' no traffic conflict no controller contact during incursion. Captain was queried by first officer but he had a set mind and ignored the query until he realized clearance was to hold short.

Narrative: CLRED VIA THE FOLLOWING CLRNC: RWY 28R AT B3, TAXI C3, HOLD SHORT OF C, STAY WITH ME ALL THE WAY.' PF MISINTERPRETED TAXI CLRNC TO BE CLRNC ALL THE WAY TO B3 BECAUSE OF THE PHRASE 'STAY WITH ME ALL THE WAY.' NO TFC CONFLICT NO CTLR CONTACT DURING INCURSION.
