Narrative:

VFR descent for frg. Was handed off from ZBW 35 mi north of lga. Contacted N90, received a transponder code. Happened to touch the border of the class B before controller acknowledged the transponder code. I was turned out of class B, descended below the floor of the class B and proceeded to frg. That handoff and high ground speed was how problem arose. Controller's acknowledgement was how it was discovered.

Title: A CPR SMT PLT INADVERTENTLY ENTERED THE EDGE OF THE N90 CLASS B AIRSPACE WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: VFR DSCNT FOR FRG. WAS HANDED OFF FROM ZBW 35 MI N OF LGA. CONTACTED N90, RECEIVED A XPONDER CODE. HAPPENED TO TOUCH THE BORDER OF THE CLASS B BEFORE CTLR ACKNOWLEDGED THE XPONDER CODE. I WAS TURNED OUT OF CLASS B, DSNDED BELOW THE FLOOR OF THE CLASS B AND PROCEEDED TO FRG. THAT HDOF AND HIGH GND SPD WAS HOW PROB AROSE. CTLR'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WAS HOW IT WAS DISCOVERED.
