Inadequate hold lines on taxiway F. ATC facility, elp tower. Location: el paso international. Hold lines on taxiway F between runway 22/4 and runway 8R/26L are spaced too close to comply with hold short instructions. Taxiway east needs additional markings (chevrons) to identify it as an approach end to runway 8R.
