Narrative:
En route from hospital a to hospital B, I was level at 3000 ft and encountered unforecast WX. I then went inadvertent IMC, called ZZZ approach, advised them of the situation and requested an IFR clearance. I was given IFR clearance direct ZZZ. I canceled IFR when we were VMC.

Narrative: ENRTE FROM HOSPITAL A TO HOSPITAL B, I WAS LEVEL AT 3000 FT AND ENCOUNTERED UNFORECAST WX. I THEN WENT INADVERTENT IMC, CALLED ZZZ APCH, ADVISED THEM OF THE SIT AND REQUESTED AN IFR CLRNC. I WAS GIVEN IFR CLRNC DIRECT ZZZ. I CANCELED IFR WHEN WE WERE VMC.
