Narrative:

We both misinterp outbound course from leeville on J86. It is very confusing on the map and looks like 271 degree radial outbound, when it actually was 279 degree radial. Most aircraft were deviating south of course for WX near lch VOR, so we were basically taking the same track, but we did not request a deviation. ATC never said anything and we returned to proper airway when clear of WX, but I am sure others may make same error if the airway markings are not made clearer for J86 out of lev (leeville). Mistake was not deliberate and inadvertent.

Title: FLC MISINTERPRETED OUTBOUND COURSE ON JET AIRWAY. RPTR SAYS IT'S VERY CONFUSING ON THE MAP, BUT EITHER THE MAP HAS BEEN CHANGED OR RPTR DIDN'T LOOK CAREFULLY, BECAUSE IT IS EVIDENT THAT THE CORRECT COURSE IS 279 DEG RADIAL ON J86.
