Narrative:

Problem: passenger reported to have severe abdominal pain, wanted medical assistance/get off aircraft. Used company flight control/air ambulance/doctor onboard/emt on board. Decided to land dfw to accommodate sick passenger. Landed dfw on medical emergency. Problem: landed 20000 pounds over gross maximum landing 430000 pounds actual 450000 pounds. Entered this fact in maintenance log. Aircraft signed off prior departure. Problem: company official wanted me to depart with sick passenger bags still onboard (afraid of delay)! Refused, bags removed! Departed 50 mins after landing.
