Narrative:

Location: kord. Upon arrival at aircraft maintenance was working on #1 hydraulic system. Maintenance was in and out of cockpit several times while we were seated. During cockpit clean up checklist no circuit breakers were noticed pulled. Logbook was signed off and we departed. Upon landing at mem the thrust reversers would not deploy. After gate arrival I called tulsa tech and was told to check circuit breakers. They were in fact pulled.
