Narrative:

I leveled at FL190 and didn't reset altimeter. ATC advised me that I was 400 ft high. I reset altimeter, found that I was 180 ft high, and then corrected my altitude. My copilot told ATC we were correcting our altitude, but didn't tell them that we were only 180 ft high, not 400 ft.

Title: THE FLC FORGOT TO SET 29.92 WHEN THEY CLBED THROUGH FL180. CONSEQUENTLY, THEY WERE OFF ALT WHEN THEY LEVELED AT FL190. THE ARTCC SAID THEY WERE 400 FT HIGH. THE RPTR STATED THEY WERE 180 FT HIGH.
