Narrative:

I was flying to minuteman from the northeast. I called for airport advisories. They told me wind light and variable and runway in use is runway 3. So I planned for runway 3. When I was circling over the airport at 700 ft above pattern altitude they called back and said the active had switched to runway 21. I replied that I understood the message. I was too busy teaching to have the new information settle into my mind. So I had my student set up for left traffic to runway 3 and landed. Unfortunately in the wrong direction than I was supposed to.
