Narrative:

Departing runway 1R at sfo with sfo 6 SID we did not turn to 030 degrees after takeoff as per SID. Flew 010 degree heading off runway until departure reminded us of heading required and turned us to 040 degrees at approximately 4000 ft. Visual conditions and heavy traffic in area probably distracted us from minding the store. At 10000 ft we began acceleration to climb speed, about one minute before ATC instructed to resume normal climb speed. Clearance delivery had instructed to climb at 250 KIAS. We had expected and planned to fly the more difficult quiet one departure and when the simpler sfo 6 SID was given, complacency set in. After departure reminded us of the required turn, we were still distracted by the screw up when we accelerated to climb speed at the normal 10000 ft instead of maintaining 250 KIAS.

Title: FLC FAILED TO FOLLOW 2 INSTRUCTIONS, ONE FROM THE SID (HDG) AND ONE FROM DEP CTLR.

Narrative: DEPARTING RWY 1R AT SFO WITH SFO 6 SID WE DID NOT TURN TO 030 DEGS AFTER TKOF AS PER SID. FLEW 010 DEG HDG OFF RWY UNTIL DEP REMINDED US OF HDG REQUIRED AND TURNED US TO 040 DEGS AT APPROX 4000 FT. VISUAL CONDITIONS AND HEAVY TFC IN AREA PROBABLY DISTRACTED US FROM MINDING THE STORE. AT 10000 FT WE BEGAN ACCELERATION TO CLB SPD, ABOUT ONE MINUTE BEFORE ATC INSTRUCTED TO RESUME NORMAL CLB SPD. CLRNC DELIVERY HAD INSTRUCTED TO CLB AT 250 KIAS. WE HAD EXPECTED AND PLANNED TO FLY THE MORE DIFFICULT QUIET ONE DEP AND WHEN THE SIMPLER SFO 6 SID WAS GIVEN, COMPLACENCY SET IN. AFTER DEP REMINDED US OF THE REQUIRED TURN, WE WERE STILL DISTRACTED BY THE SCREW UP WHEN WE ACCELERATED TO CLB SPD AT THE NORMAL 10000 FT INSTEAD OF MAINTAINING 250 KIAS.
