Narrative:

After takeoff, duct leak light left side #1 engine. Followed procedure and QRH said to shut down after 3 mins if light doesn't go out. Accomplished and declared emergency and landed hopkins. No problem, just with all the paperwork. Getting all the certified copies of WX, release and complicated paperwork for simple emergency. Non revenue flight.
