Narrative:
On approach to sju flaps failed to extend beyond 20 degrees. Emergency declared with sju approach/tower. Appropriate 30/20 degree approach was flown. Operating manual checklist accomplished, and a slats/flaps uneventful landing. Emergency canceled.
