Narrative:

I was on the scene of a traffic accident doing aerial photography. The wind speed of greater than 30 mph was an advantage and kept the helicopter out of the height velocity curve. At all times I maintained a safe vertical and horizontal separation from the personnel on the ground. Emergency workers on the ground were very excited and stressed, and may have objected to the presence of the helicopter.
