Narrative:

This is the third or fourth time I have written this up in the last few months. The sju television WX system is today 5 days out of date. Take the system out if they can't keep it operating. Sju seems to be the worst offender with this inadequate WX briefing system. We should be doing better.

Narrative: THIS IS THE THIRD OR FOURTH TIME I HAVE WRITTEN THIS UP IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS. THE SJU TELEVISION WX SYS IS TODAY 5 DAYS OUT OF DATE. TAKE THE SYS OUT IF THEY CAN'T KEEP IT OPERATING. SJU SEEMS TO BE THE WORST OFFENDER WITH THIS INADEQUATE WX BRIEFING SYS. WE SHOULD BE DOING BETTER.
