Narrative:

Aircraft crossed sdz VORTAC at the same time level at 8000 ft and 7000 ft when the conflict alert went off, I believe that if this continues, controllers will ignore the conflict alert, sort of like the 'boy who cried wolf' syndrome. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated to the best of his knowledge this is the first time this has happened.

Narrative: ACFT CROSSED SDZ VORTAC AT THE SAME TIME LEVEL AT 8000 FT AND 7000 FT WHEN THE CONFLICT ALERT WENT OFF, I BELIEVE THAT IF THIS CONTINUES, CTLRS WILL IGNORE THE CONFLICT ALERT, SORT OF LIKE THE 'BOY WHO CRIED WOLF' SYNDROME. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED TO THE BEST OF HIS KNOWLEDGE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
