Narrative:

After landing on runway 11 at bed, I turned at intersection of runway 11 and runway 05. I contacted runway light on runway 05 on right engine propeller. Damage to propeller, damage to runway light. Landing was made after ILS approach (WX 500 ft, 2 mi visibility). Runway lights not required. I probably should have triggered the lights, but I felt that there was adequate visibility and so I did not. See enclosed diagram to note that an adjacent light was converted to a pavement-flush light. This should have been accomplished with both lights.
