Narrative:

On departure from slc distracted by traffic 15 mi ahead with numerous altitude changes on departure. We dialed in wrong airway: O55 degree radial (J154) instead of 078 degree radial (J56). Center called and we corrected on course by 30 mi DME. Too used to going on jet 55 -- my own fault -- dangerous complacency.
