Narrative:

Captain flying dfw 9 SID. At 42 DME on the dfw 078 degree radial, CDI indicated approximately 2.7 mi north of course. Other traffic was visually observed and monitored on TCASII at our 9 O'clock. Course correction was made to center CDI when ATC advised other aircraft to stop climb and issued us a 20 degree turn to the right to intercept the SID. No other comments were made by ATC.

Title: ACR FLC FAILED TO MAINTAIN TRACK WHILE FLYING SID. ARTCC RADAR CTLR INTERVENED.
