Narrative:

On taxi out for takeoff at roa, we taxied past the runway 6 hold short line by approximately 50 ft. The line is 1) located very far back on the middle of an angled taxiway and 2) not painted with highly visible paint. Runway 6 was not the primary runway in use and therefore no disruption to traffic occurred. Contributing factors -- 7.1 hours block time already flown that day. Would not call it fatigue, but both pilots were feeling tired. First officer was computing takeoff data for weight and balance verses temperature and runway. Corrective action taken was immediately to stop the aircraft.
