Narrative:

As we started our rotation for takeoff, I noticed a TCASII target at 12 O'clock, 2 mi, 300-400 ft above us and climbing. Tower did not advise of traffic. I believe traffic took off from a parallel runway (19L) shortly before us. Immediately after leaving 'TA only' altitude zone, got an RA, commanding 2500 FPM climb or greater. First officer was flying. First officer increased pitch slightly and we spotted traffic at 10:30 O'clock. First officer maneuvered to right about 20 degrees and delayed flap retraction. As we passed abeam other aircraft, we were about 300 ft above. TCASII announced 'clear of conflict.' RA occurred simultaneously with handoff from tower to departure control. I strongly recommend that this tower and approach/departure control learn to coordinate more closely. This same crew had a similar incident earlier this month in almost precisely the same position, although an RA did not result.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG TOOK EVASIVE ACTION BY INCREASING THEIR RATE OF CLB AND TURNING TO AVOID ANOTHER ACFT JUST AFTER TKOF ON PARALLEL RWYS.

Narrative: AS WE STARTED OUR ROTATION FOR TKOF, I NOTICED A TCASII TARGET AT 12 O'CLOCK, 2 MI, 300-400 FT ABOVE US AND CLBING. TWR DID NOT ADVISE OF TFC. I BELIEVE TFC TOOK OFF FROM A PARALLEL RWY (19L) SHORTLY BEFORE US. IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING 'TA ONLY' ALT ZONE, GOT AN RA, COMMANDING 2500 FPM CLB OR GREATER. FO WAS FLYING. FO INCREASED PITCH SLIGHTLY AND WE SPOTTED TFC AT 10:30 O'CLOCK. FO MANEUVERED TO R ABOUT 20 DEGS AND DELAYED FLAP RETRACTION. AS WE PASSED ABEAM OTHER ACFT, WE WERE ABOUT 300 FT ABOVE. TCASII ANNOUNCED 'CLR OF CONFLICT.' RA OCCURRED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH HDOF FROM TWR TO DEP CTL. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT THIS TWR AND APCH/DEP CTL LEARN TO COORDINATE MORE CLOSELY. THIS SAME CREW HAD A SIMILAR INCIDENT EARLIER THIS MONTH IN ALMOST PRECISELY THE SAME POS, ALTHOUGH AN RA DID NOT RESULT.
