Narrative:

Cpr X descended out of clouds to level at 6000 ft. The pilot advised a sailplane filled his windshields and he had to increase speed and turn to avoid. Sailplanes were active over harris hill glider port. Numerous sailplanes routinely fly south of the airport along the ridges. It appears the glider was not following basic VFR requirements below clouds. This is the first near midair collision filed with the sailplanes, however there is a daily potential for this happening.
