Narrative:

While navigating on BG46 we were asked if we were going direct robin intersection (intersection at UB881 and B646) at 194 mi from key west. Havana radar told us that we were 24 mi south of course. We were using both ADF's on fish hook. Both indicated we were navigating on course. We wrote up navigation system but nothing was found. I think we may have lost directional information even though we still had an identify. There may have been interference from cozumel 330 kz (fish hook 332 kz). We landed in cancun with no other problems. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter has not had this problem before, but he has heard of other pilots in a similar situation. His aircraft was carefully checked in cancun with all available ADF's and both receivers checked out well. The reporter believes that cozumel was overpwring fish hook. The reporter has heard nothing from the FAA on this matter.
