Narrative:
Air carrier X was given a heading to avoid a conflict and to increase spacing to jfk. I forgot I left him on a heading. I noticed him go through the airway J70 and at that instant the conflict alert went off. X was in conflict with cpr Y wbound FL390-FL350. I turned X 40 degrees right and then gave him direct lvz on course.

Narrative: ACR X WAS GIVEN A HDG TO AVOID A CONFLICT AND TO INCREASE SPACING TO JFK. I FORGOT I LEFT HIM ON A HDG. I NOTICED HIM GO THROUGH THE AIRWAY J70 AND AT THAT INSTANT THE CONFLICT ALERT WENT OFF. X WAS IN CONFLICT WITH CPR Y WBOUND FL390-FL350. I TURNED X 40 DEGS R AND THEN GAVE HIM DIRECT LVZ ON COURSE.
