Narrative:

At 11000 ft on V-431 going in to bos, center called traffic 10500 ft and climbing slowly at 11 O'clock and 2 or 3 mi. We then received a TCASII TA. We still did not have the aircraft visually. Then we told center we had the aircraft on TCASII. About that time we received a TCASII RA to 'descend.' we started our descent following the TCASII RA and told center we had a TCASII RA and were descending. Center cleared us to 9000 ft. We also picked up the aircraft visually as we passed below it and off to our left side. Good call by ATC, and TCASII.
