Descending into atl on lagrange arrival cleared to 11000 ft MSL. Altitude capture. Aircraft descended to 10600 ft, immediate correction made to 11000 ft MSL. No conflict. Crew had minimum crew rest due to late arrival night before. Distracted by sun in face and poor view of instruments to some extent due to sun. Also distracted by reviewing approach plate for landing.
