Narrative:
Turboprop air carrier on final to runway 36L. Collision alert activated in tower. Helicopter just tagged up approximately 1100 ft (aircraft #1 at 1300 ft). Altitude unreadable for TA due to overlapping data blocks. Helicopter was a EMS who penetrated airspace without prior approval to my knowledge. Proximity of aircraft not determinable but turboprop did not see helicopter to my knowledge.

Narrative: TURBOPROP ACR ON FINAL TO RWY 36L. COLLISION ALERT ACTIVATED IN TWR. HELI JUST TAGGED UP APPROX 1100 FT (ACFT #1 AT 1300 FT). ALT UNREADABLE FOR TA DUE TO OVERLAPPING DATA BLOCKS. HELI WAS A EMS WHO PENETRATED AIRSPACE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL TO MY KNOWLEDGE. PROX OF ACFT NOT DETERMINABLE BUT TURBOPROP DID NOT SEE HELI TO MY KNOWLEDGE.
