Narrative:

Aircraft was in cruise 1 hour and 30 mins from nrt-sfo. #2 generator CSD lost oil pressure and per company procedure we disconnected the CSD. After 20 mins, CSD temperature rose to over 145 degrees celsius. As per company procedure we shut down the #2 engine. Captain declared an emergency with tyo. We received clearance to nrt. 45 mins prior to landing we dumped 13000 pounds of fuel to get down to landing weight, landed with emergency equipment standing by. Landing was normal. Captain and first officer did a very professional job and the passenger and flight attendants were kept informed at all times of the situation.

CAPT AND FO DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AND THE PAX AND FLT ATTENDANTS WERE KEPT INFORMED AT ALL TIMES OF THE SIT.
