Narrative:

Wind at the airport about 10 mph out of the east. Other aircraft and 172 were using runway 9. Cessna 172 transponder c-mode 'on' was doing touch and go lndgs for practice. Cessna 172 transponder c-mode 'on' on final several hundred ft from west end of runway 9. At this time kingair calls 2 mi final runway 27. Cessna 172 decides to land (short field) and take first west end taxiway to clear the runway. Cessna 172 stops east of the intended taxiway and since kingair is approaching touchdown on runway 27, cessna pulls to the right edge of runway and since plenty of runway width - decides to stay put. Kingair passes cessna 172 with plenty of room to spare (150 ft X 5149 ft). Kingair pilot appears upset on the unicom and also after we meet.

CESSNA 172 DECIDES TO LAND (SHORT FIELD) AND TAKE FIRST W END TXWY TO CLR THE RWY. CESSNA 172 STOPS E OF THE INTENDED TXWY AND SINCE KINGAIR IS APCHING TOUCHDOWN ON RWY 27, CESSNA PULLS TO THE R EDGE OF RWY AND SINCE PLENTY OF RWY WIDTH - DECIDES TO STAY PUT. KINGAIR PASSES CESSNA 172 WITH PLENTY OF ROOM TO SPARE (150 FT X 5149 FT). KINGAIR PLT APPEARS UPSET ON THE UNICOM AND ALSO AFTER WE MEET.
