Narrative:

Descending into sna on v-nav path set to cross kayoh 210 KIAS 8000 ft. At a busy time in cockpit possibly failed to enter bands intersection at 14000 ft. About 1 mi out notified lax unable and was cleared to 14000 ft. I was tired. Got distracted. Supplemental information from acn 297629: cleared to cross bands intersection at 14000 ft for east side 1 sna I read back call and set 14000 ft altitude mode with captain response. Flight attendant entered cockpit with request for ETA and I responded. Descending through FL190 noticed 2 NM to bands and informed captain. Captain was in VNAV profile for east side 1 approach using vdi. He had forgotten the bands crossing restr for the arrival. Captain called center to confirm clearance was correct we were unable to comply and xc bands at FL180 at 3500 ft rate.
