Narrative:

On flight from dfw to hdn IFR flight plan was canceled with ZDV at 12000 ft MSL and 15 mi southeast of yampa valley airport. Winds were 200 degrees 4 KTS so a visual approach was made to runway 28. ZDV had advised there was no traffic between us and the airport. This was verified by TCASII. Copilot switched frequency from ZDV to unicom, made all the recommended position reports, etc, but he inadvertently dialed in the wrong frequency. Just after landing, a cessna was observed climbing above the outline of the mountains after terminating an approach to runway 10 and entering a left downwind for runway 28.
