Narrative:

After a 10 hour day another CFI had a flight for me. I really did not want to do it because I was tired. The other instructor could not take the flight. I had never flown with the student before. The student had already soloed and the other instructor said he was a very sharp student. The instructor wanted me to do some local night airport hopping and VOR work. We departed lgb airport around XA45 pm on the downwind leg at fullerton airport the student got disoriented and I had to help him find the airport. The landing was also very hard and I had to help him. We then departed for el monte airport. Again the student had some problems. The student wanted to follow the 605 freeway to the seal beach VOR. I said that would be ok. We departed el monte to sli. I told the student we would have to stay below 2500 ft to be clear of los angeles class B airspace. En route to sli VOR about 5 mi northwest of fullerton airport at XB30 pm we intruded into los angeles class B airspace. We had slowly climbed into it at about 2700 ft. Fullerton airport was at our 10 O'clock it should have been at our 9 O'clock. As soon as I realized what happened I descended out of the airspace. All the problem signs were right in front of my face. I was fatigued and did not want to fly. I had never flown with the student before. He was not as sharp as his instructor said he was. When the student had some problems I should have been very diligent and not let my guard down for the entire flight. I should have not let myself be pressured into a flight I did not want!
