Narrative:
While the first officer (myself) was reading the preflight checklist the captain taxied past the hold short onto the runway. We had not even spoken to tower yet. I stopped the checklist as we crossed the hold short lines to see if we had a clearance I did not know about. At that point the captain stopped the aircraft. Prevention: better crew communication, and not being in such a rush.

Title: RWY INCURSION.
Narrative: WHILE THE FO (MYSELF) WAS READING THE PREFLT CHKLIST THE CAPT TAXIED PAST THE HOLD SHORT ONTO THE RWY. WE HAD NOT EVEN SPOKEN TO TWR YET. I STOPPED THE CHKLIST AS WE CROSSED THE HOLD SHORT LINES TO SEE IF WE HAD A CLRNC I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT. AT THAT POINT THE CAPT STOPPED THE ACFT. PREVENTION: BETTER CREW COM, AND NOT BEING IN SUCH A RUSH.
